From the moment you call to the moment you leave, here’s how a visit at Arbor unfolds — and what we’ll handle so you don’t have to.

Before your appointment

We’ll contact you to verify insurance and confirm your appointment time. Complete your intake forms before arriving. Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and your physician’s prescription or referral.

Arriving at the center

Free parking is available. Arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit. Our team will greet you, review your paperwork, and get you settled in your private infusion suite.

During your infusion

A registered nurse prepares and administers your therapy and monitors you throughout. Sessions take 1–4 hours depending on medication. Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, and beverages are provided in your suite.

After your infusion

Your nurse monitors you briefly post-infusion. Your physician receives a visit summary. For ongoing therapies, we make recurring scheduling simple and consistent.
